——The six channel burner with large momentum improves fuel combustion efficiency and greatly reduces NOx of combustion stage

Ⅰ  Factors affecting combustion efficiency of solid fuel

1、   Fuel fineness - related to fuel grinding system;

2、   Fuel moisture - related to the physical and chemical water of fuel grinding and drying system and fuel itself;

3、   Volatile matter of fuel - related to the property of fuel itself. The higher the volatile, the better the flammability an

burnout;

4、 The coking characteristics of fuel -related to the properties of fuel itself;

5、   Burner process performance - related to burner process structure, primary air volume and air pressure distribution.

The formation mechanism of NOx in combustion is as follows

1、   Solid fuel is composed of C, H, O, N, S and other elements, in which N and S elements will produce harmful gases

such as nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide due to high temperature oxidation during combustion. However, because

the content of N and S in solid fuel is very low, and because the raw materials used in cement industry have certain

alkalinity, they will neutralize with acid harmful gas components during calcination, so the fuel grade nitrogen oxides

and sulfur dioxide produced by solid fuel constituent elements themselves can be ignored;

2、  The impurities N and S brought in by raw materials are also very small, and the nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide

can be ignored;

3、  No matter what kind of cement clinker is calcined, its calcination temperature is above 1350 ℃ (sulphoaluminate

cement clinker calcination temperature ≥ 1350 ℃, ordinary cement clinker calcination temperature≥1450℃, oil well

cement clinker calcination temperature≥1550 ℃, white cement clinker calcination temperature≥1650 ℃). When the

calcination temperature exceeds 1250℃, O2 and N2 in the air begin to oxidize to form NOx, which is called

combustion grade NOx. The higher the calcination temperature is, the more combustion grade NOx will be produced.

Therefore, in order to reduce the generation of NOx in combustion stage, two points should be achieved

A、  Try to prevent the calcination temperature too high, that is to prevent temperature peaks

B、  Try to prevent the intervention of excess air (this excess air not only refers to the supply of secondary and

tertiary air, but also includes the supply of primary air);

Technical characteristics of large momentum six channel burner

After the solid fuel enters the plant, its physical and chemical properties have been determined. In addition to reducing the moisture and fineness, to improve the combustion efficiency and greatly reduce the combustion grade NOx, the large momentum six channel burner becomes the key technology.

1、   The structure of large momentum six channel burner: it is composed of six channels, such as outer air, high speed

axial flow air, coal air, swirl air, central air and volatile adjusting fuel;

2、   The outer air can round the temperature peak outside the flame and prevent the local high temperature of the outer

flame, so as to avoid too much combustion grade NOx;

3、   The results show that the high-speed axial-flow air above 90kpa can not only reduce the primary air volume to the

minimum, but also make the flame absorb the high-temperature secondary air to the maximum extent, thus greatly

improving the combustion efficiency;

4、   Under the action of high-speed axial-flow wind and high-speed swirling wind, the coal wind enters at low wind

speed and ignites rapidly and regularly; Then, under the stirring of the central wind, CO reduces NOx to N2 and O2

and forms CO2 which diffuses forward with the flame, so as to achieve both rapid combustion and reduction of NOx;

5、   The control air duct of volatile fuel mainly refers to the combustion supporting passage of high volatile fuel (such as

diesel) at the initial stage of ignition; Or in the combustion of very low volatile fuel (such as pellet coke or

anthracite),

it plays the role of supplementary combustion of high volatile fuel (such as biomass fuel).

According to the actual production results of several plants such as Linqu, Zhejiang Changxing and Guangdong Zhaoqing, the large momentum six channel burner not only has high combustion efficiency, but also can achieve ultra-low emission of nitrogen oxides of 100 mg /m3.
