New technology of clean combustion of kiln system

——High momentum oxygen enriched primary air improves fuel combustion efficiency and reduces NOx in combustion stage

1. Using the characteristics of rare-earth permanent magnet materials, we separate the oxygen and nitrogen from the combustion air, and make the air with more than 30% oxygen enriched into the flame. After separation, the air with nitrogen rich in 90% is not directly into the atmosphere before combustion.

2. Due to the high concentration of oxygen in the flame and the full combustion of fuel, the heat efficiency in the unit volume of the system is very high, which makes the output increase by about 10% and the heat consumption is reduced by about 5%.

3. The high momentum burner with powerful axial wind makes outsourcing flammability excellent in Oxygen Enriched Atmospheres combustion does not produce peak temperature, which protect refractory materials and equipment from the unstable heat shock load. And the heat volume in burning zone and combustion chamber will be greatly increased which can greatly improve the strength and quality of products.

4.  Because of oxygen enrichment, the volatile parts (such as anthracite or petroleum coke) or high ash fuel (such as inferior coal) can be easily burned, so that the choice of fuel for thermal enterprises is wide, which get a significant reduction in production costs.

5. Because the pre combustion nitrogen enrichment concentrations of air emissions, and combustion in no high temperature peaks, NOx (only occured  at temperature 1250 ℃ to 1920℃ ) is greatly reduced, thus the denitration burden and the additional heat consumption caused by the denitrification is also reduced.

6. In the enrichment oxygen air, nitrogen and inert gas quality is relatively low, so CO2 concertration generated in the combustion will be high, which makes it easy to capture CO2 for supercritical and mineralization in power generating.

At present, enrichment of oxygen combustion has been tested widely in production practice; CO2 supercritical and mineralized power generation has been tested in laboratory and part of production practice.
