水泥窑炉系统节能降耗提产3

——并联加设分解炉炉体并优化预热器部分结构提产40%以上

一、 技改出发点:在分解炉再不能加高加粗而上部预热器还有提产空间的前提下，若要再次提高产量，只能首先提高炉容，可在原炉体旁边外挂并联新炉体以增加分解炉的总容积。

二、 具体方案（在其它设备特别是篦冷机能力足够的前提下）

1、加设并联分解炉炉体；

2、 C5筒进风口、C4筒进风口继续往上扩大，将这两级旋风筒顶盖扩大为上旋螺旋面；

3、生料制备与煤粉制备系统若能力不够，可再分别并联小规格立磨补充产量；

三、 Φ4.7m*74m窑实际技改结果：

1、熟料产量已达到7000t/d；

2、垃圾协同处理量达到700t/d.

Ⅰ Starting point of technical transformation: on the premise that the precalciner can no longer be raised and roughened, and the upper preheater still has room to increase the production, if we want to increase the production again, we can only increase the furnace capacity first, and we can add a new furnace body in parallel next to the original furnace body to increase the total volume of the precalciner.

Ⅱ Specific plan（Under the premise of sufficient capacity of other equipments, especially grate cooler）

1、The parallel decomposing furnace body is added;

2、The inlet of C5 cyclone and C4 cyclone continued to expand upward, expanding the two-stage cyclone top cover into an upward spiral surface;

3、If the capacity of raw material preparation and pulverized coal preparation system is not enough, the parallel small-scale vertical grinding can be used to supplement the output.

Ⅲ Actual technical reform results of Φ4.7m * 74m kiln

2、The collaborative treatment capacity of garbage reaches 700t /d
