——使用窑头双换热机系统大幅度提高白水泥熟料白度与强度、降低煅烧热耗

使用窑头双换热机系统，再次降低白水泥熟料煅烧热耗100kcal/kg熟料，再次提高熟料白度2度，再次提高熟料强度2Mpa：
第一台换热机仅提供辐射换热高温空气（换热空气不再与出窑熟料接触，不再影响窑口熟料白度）；
第二台换热机担负漂白后熟料余热的利用（降低成品熟料温度至常温，同时通过与大气风热交换，补充第一台换热机的供风）。
至此，熟料煅烧不再受燃烧空气量不足的制约（系统热耗大幅度降低、产量大幅度提高）；熟料漂白不再受换热冷风的影响（熟料漂白时温度与出窑口温度相差无几）。

The kiln head double heat exchanger system reduces the heat consumption of 100 kcal/kg clinker again, improves the whiteness of clinker by 2 degrees, and increases the clinker strength by 2 MPa：

The first heat exchanger only provides radiation heat exchange high temperature air (the heat exchange air no longer contacts with the clinker out of the kiln, and no longer affects the whiteness of the clinker at the kiln mouth);

The second heat exchanger is responsible for the utilization of waste heat of clinker after bleaching (reduce the temperature of finished clinker to normal temperature, and supplement the air supply of the first heat exchanger).

So far, the clinker calcination is no longer restricted by the insufficient combustion air (the heat consumption of the system is greatly reduced and the output is greatly increased); the clinker bleaching is no longer affected by the heat exchange cold air (the temperature during clinker bleaching is almost the same as that at the kiln outlet).
